Adding Word documents as attachments....

When I add a word document to an esign package it seems to be converted to a PDF as it's uploaded and all of the documents I can download from that point are all in a PDF format. Is it possible to maintain the Word format in the download packages?

Hi Will, Unfortunately currently we don't support converting PDF back to Word Format (all formats of documents will be processed to PDF first). Can you tell me more about your use case and business goal on this feature, so that I can help you create an Enhancement Request for this. Duo
