attachments restriction

I'm trying to restrict the attachment in advance section of new transaction, but I can only set if it is mandatory or not. Do you know if i can set only pdf documents as attacments from any flag in the platform?

Sure, with OneSpan Sign, you can specify:
#1. the whitelist for attachment types, it's an account level setting which you need to contact our support team([email protected]) and have this set up at your account. (a developer blog "New Signer Experience: Attachment Upload" for your further reference)
#2. the max number of files per attachment, this is a package level setting “settings” > “ceremony” > “maxAttachmentFiles” : 1 (it's mentioned in this blog)
