Can we print or download the documents with fields before the signing ceremony ?
Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 03:20amIs it possible to obtain/download/print a copy of the document that includes all the fields and labels created in OneSpan Sign, positioned as they appear to the customer during the signing process? Essentially, can we print a replica of what the customer sees on the document while signing it with all the OneSpan generated fields?

Thanks for your post! Do you want to provide a layout preview to the client, or the focus is more on the label field values?
If you want to preview all the field layouts - where's the signature, text fields, checkboxes. OSS doesn't expose the ability to download the screen like what you saw in sender portal (see attachment). But you can work this around by (1)present the transaction in designer page. (2)you can implement the below screenshot in your own code - I have some HTML + JS example code
If you only want to preview the label field value, there's a new feature called "imprinted field" introduced in OSS 11.51, where you can stamp label field values to the document during creation time. I have attached a technical blog about the feature.
