emailMessage content length limit

Hi,

I saw the post for email Message content length limit was 1024 back in 2017, is it still true for  our on-prem v11.25? if not, could you let me know the new limitation?

Hi Cindy,

 

With some quick tests, in SaaS environment (11.34), the length limitation for both package and signer level email messages is 4000. But it could vary since you are in an older version.

I tested our on-prem version, it's 4000 as well.
