Hi,

I received the following message during the eSign. Could I know in what situation I'm receiving the message below?

 

Could not create a new package. Exception: Could not upload documents to package. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error. HTTP POST on URI https://apps.e-signlive.com/api/packages/qR7RQmcmORL1PEHNW_7FJeTx4EM=/documents. Optional details: {"code":500,"technical":"EsepCommand failed and no fallback available.","messageKey":"error.internal.default","message":"Unexpected error. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, please try again. If the problem persists, please contact our support team.","name":"Unhandled Server Error"}

Thanks for your post and it's very nice to hear from you!

500 is a generic error hence we might not learn more about the issue from the error message. From my previous experience, one of the possibilities that could cause 500 during document upload is that if you have multiple documents with the same ID, which is worth to check. 

If that's not the case, because it's in production environment, you can fill in a support ticket ([email protected]) and share further information via private channel.
