Sender as a Signer in an In Person Signing Ceremony

0 votes
Hello, We're currently running into an issue when the sender of a in person package also needs to sign a document within that package. Using the instructions specified in the Signing URL Guide we can still open the signing ceremony, but the sender will not be listed in the drop down that contains the list of signers. I've looked through the other guides and examples on github, but have been unable to find any way to generate the signing url where the sender is also listed in the signer drop down if they have signature required for that package. I have noticed that this is not an issue when going through the eSignLive web app and am wondering if there is a way to have the sender be shown in the signer grop down when creating the signig url through the java SDK. Thanks, Mitch

Hi Mitch, Yes, you have to option to show/hide the package owner in the dropdown list when doing in-person signing (https://developer.esignlive.com/guides/feature-guides/signing-ceremony-customization/). You will need to have:
.showOwnerInPersonDropDown()
In your package settings.
