We recently put in place a listener that is supposed to pull all completed documents as you would expect.

Can we get access to the Laserfiche Connector for a customer. The latest version we have is from May of last year and listed as a beta 1.

Copy Tool Not Successful

I was running the Copy tool to copy two templates Michigan Treasury Power of Attorney and Michigan Treasury Power of Attorney with Spouse and I keep getting this error.

Hi Duo;

Mark is looking for some sample code - The code is specific to connecting to Salesforce and updating case information with completed OneSpan pdf document. He  knows how to retrieve PDF, he is just not sure how to do the same with case. He was told that the case id number is same as the last signer’s email address.

First of all, what's the Laserfiche version and which OS LF connector did the customer installed? Laserfiche version 11.

For the two issues:

-The first issue sounds related to the callback server. Is the IIS server runs on the same machine as Laserfiche repository? Yes, it does.

-For the second issue, what if you select (multiple) documents in Laserfiche > right click > More actions and choose Create OSS transaction? Can the files be recognized? I can’t even get to that point. When I click Add Documents->Laserfiche, I get the following error: (see attached screenshot)

apiKey of subaccounts
subaccount apikey

How can I pull the subaccount user's apikey using parent account's apikey? I have called api/senders/{accountid}/apiKey and it returns 403. The same method works for the main account however.
