Reply to: contact/organization/account related lists
Friday, August 19, 2016 at 10:48amYes, it is possible to see the eSignLive Package activities in standard (Account, Contact, Opportunity, etc. ) and custom entities. You will need to edit the page layout for the entity, and add the eSignLive Packages to the page layout.
Here is an example:
- Browse to an entity page such as a contact, and edit layout
- In the contact layout table, select Related Lists and then select and drag the "eSignLive Packages" related list to the contact page
- Save the layout
Following these instructions, you should be able to see the eSignLive Packages related list in the contact page (similar to the snapshot attached here).
Try this and let me know how it goes.
Cheers,
Sherry Ghafarpour

Monday, August 22, 2016 at 12:21pmHello rjsalazar,
Thank you for sharing the screenshots.
I see in the screenshots that the eSignLive Package is related to the "Digital Connections for Youth - 16-00422" record which is a "Grant" Object. Since the package is not related to an Account or a Contact record, it won't be displayed in an Account of Contact page. Packages that are related to an Account record will be displayed in the account page, and packages that associated with a Contact will be displayed in the contact page.
If you create a new eSignLive Package and associate it with an account then you should see that package in the account's record page.
For example, when I create a Test package select Account as Related object type, and Acme Inc as related account record (see the attached screen shot), then I can view and monitor the status of the Test package in the Acme's account page.
Let me know if this answers your question.
Thanks,
Sherry
Reply to: Question about Conventions
Monday, August 22, 2016 at 10:51amHello Rajiv,
Yes, you can add multiple documents to an eSignLive Package and select an eSignLive convention to tag the documents. In this case, the selected convention is used to tag each of the documents.
Best regards,
Sherry

Thursday, September 22, 2016 at 12:10pmHi Rajiv,
Have you tried creating a test package manually (through UI) using the convention? Does the convention you created auto-populate the fields correctly?

Good catch. We are still processing the Dynamics CRM connector V2 beta, good timing, thank you for reporting this issue.
I will take this issue and report it back to the team for further investigation.

Salesforce connector for eSignLive : If there is a scenario in which we need to send 2 documents in a single package, ts there a way to use a convention for tagging in this situation? Please advise.

We currently use the Microsoft SharePoint connector for eSignLive and that works great for us. However, we have some use cases where we'd like to start using the Dynamics connector as well.
