Hello! For my project, I'm creating signing packages using the API. I believe I was customizing the signer experience at one point from the package payload using the settings property.
Possible to update signers from PUT /packages/{packageId} ?

Hello! I'm wondering if using sub-accounts is still considered an experimental feature, or if this is production-ready for using with an integration. Thanks!

Thanks for the quick reply! I think at this point, all we really need is to have different email templates for different packages on one account (this is why I replied to this thread instead of starting a new one :) ). Will check it out on my sandbox.

Hi Duo,

It's a one-off issue for now, but I'm trying to document all the potential errors from OneSpan so we know how to handle them if they pop up again :) I don't have access to the document, and our other requests with a variable number of documents are all successful — when I was first testing that, the error was "Number of uploaded files does not match number of documents specified in package," which is similar but doesn't mention the "Pre-Verify", so I was wondering what the Pre-Verify results might be referring to.

I found another forum post that mentions a corrupted pdf — maybe this could be the issue?
