Thank you Duo, to add on this one, is it possible to hide the name of the field when dragging dropping as per our convenience. As we will be prefilling the custom field before send to sign, we would like to hide the name of the field, just to have a field with a value, not the name of the field? Is it possible, please let me know?

Hello Duo,

Thanks for your reply. I had made a request with onespan technical support for giving an access to build multiple custom designer profile on account level but they are saying it is not possible on onespan to have such multiple designer profile. As per them, there is no such service in onespan at all. Can you please double check on this one because as per the designer profile blogs you have send me, it clearly says that it is possible to have multiple custom designer profile.

Thanks,

Bikram

Thank you Duo,

Creating sender account with a dummy username under our domain looks like will work for us. Meanwhile, I was looking at the subaccount thinking it is somewhere similar to sender account, also has created three subaccounts under our master account, I have got the API keys of these 3 subaccounts as well but couldn't figure out how to implement this subaccount thing with the use of their API key ?  I have tried to look at the resources in OneSpan but couldn't find anything substantial.

Can you please help me on this one ? Using subaccount as an iframe.

Yes Duo,

Currently, we are using a onespan event notification where as soon as the send to sign button is clicked, the package is activated and during this process, we are dispatching an event and listening to that event via pusher in javascript and than we are reloading that page and redirecting them to the next step(transaction status).

In addition, in the designer profile, we are using send to sign button of the iframe triggering the transaction signing process, I was looking for an end point which can trigger the same functionality as send to sign button but couldn't find an end point for doing so. If we can achieve send to sign with our own button, that would be the best solution. Please suggest.
