Reply to: How work with multi-page document? OnPage(1)
Thursday, September 6, 2018 at 05:15amHi Florent,
The default scale OneSpan Sign currently using is "8.5 inch * 11 inch"(what I see in Adobe PDF Reader), and when you change that scale into pixel, it's equal to "796 * 1030".
So I prefer to explain this as a default "Pixel Density" OSS is using.
If your PDF is with a different scale, for example "8.26 * 11.69 in", OSS will change that into "774 * 1095", still follows the original scale and equal pixel density to the case we discussed above(8.5 * 11 -> 796 * 1030).
So in this case, can you please have a check on your pdf original dimension to see whether it's different from the default size?

Reply to: Email Notification Requests/Complete to Sign
Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at 11:17amHi Hudson,
Sorry for the late reply, I didn't received any notification therefore missed your reply.
From what you've described (I assumed you are integrated), I would suggest to block the default "email.activate" notification and to keep the "email.notify", so whenever you want to inform recipients other than the internal manager, you can notify signer programmatically (guide here).
To customize your account, simply send an email with your request to our support team. ([email protected])
Hope this could help!

Reply to: Translations for Electronic Disclosures and Signatures Consent document
Thursday, September 5, 2019 at 10:56amHi Peter,
Your assumption is correct, as long as you've set language as French during transaction creation, the French version Default Consent will be automatic added instead of English version.
To note, because DC can only be added at transaction creation time, if you want to change the DC language afterwards, you can either create another new package or delete the existing DC and added your customized one.
