Dealing with another tricky requirement.
For one of the signers, it is requested that the email contain only the signature page (and not any of the additional pages).

I am dealing with a requirement that reads as follows:
Customer must have an actual signature and not an ok box to click.
'Actual' in this case refers to a drawn (or typed) signature.

You guys have been incredibly helpful, and I know you're bogged down. But I figured I would throw this up here and see what information you can provide. I am getting an Unexpected Error.

We occasionally have users that do not provide email addresses in their contract flow. Is text message an option to initiate the signing process?

Getting really close to having all my questions answered. Thanks to Mwilliams and Harishadairy for all the help. Hopefully this is the last big issue.

Monday, October 3, 2016 at 07:10amFor the #2 option, what would the api endpoint be? I would assume this is the same one I am using (/packages/:packageId/document/:documentId/pdf).
Thanks

Monday, October 3, 2016 at 01:46pmYes, so I am already asking for the completed packages, and then determining the doc ids I want. That brings me back where we started, when I retrieve the PDF itself, it's password protected.
Would the zipped directory behave differently?

Reply to: Documents Other Signers Cannot See
Friday, October 7, 2016 at 07:30amSo here is what I got on my last request:
Can not construct instance of com.silanis.esl.api.model.Visibility from String value 'SIGNER': value not one of declared Enum instance names: [ACCOUNT, SENDER]I have taken out the visibiity flag for now. But let me know if there is a change needed on my end.
