Certificate Signing - can we remove the prompt for Consent Form?

I understood what consent form you meant, so the previous response is still accurate. This consent form can be removed from all packages by contacting support, if you'd rather not have it. We recommend having a consent form, but it's not required. Some have included the eSignature consent statement and a check box in the actual document to get around having a separate consent form. Because the certificate is used to seal the consent form, as well, it asks the signer for the cert. Hope this helps. You can also contact support and request an enhancement to the product to have the option to only ask for the cert at the beginning of the ceremony and use the same one throughout. Hey Logan, Unfortunately, there is not a way to force the certificate to carry over to other signatures, so the signer will be prompted for their certificate each time. Combining the consent form with the document could be one way to reduce the number of times a signer encounters the prompt, I guess. You can contact support to request an Enhancement Request for this by sending an email to [email protected].

Hey Mike, Thanks for the reply. The default consent form I'm talking about is the one which is added by EsignLive and it doesn't have any signature blocks on them. So lets assume the document has only one signature block (page 1 -> default consent form added by EsignLive and Page 2 -> actual document with a signature block) But the signer is prompted twice to choose the certificates (although there is only one signature block). So, is there a way to not prompt the certificate selection for the default consent form page added by EsignLive. Thanks in advance. Best Regards, Logan
