Customizing Signing Ceremony's Session bar - Branding

Hi All, I'm working on Customizing the Branding of the Signing Ceremony. I'm trying to customize the logo, and session bar, through Java SDK. Question 1: I'm able to successfully change the logo, but regarding the session bar, is there a way to just display the "Welcome " of the signer (I have highlighted the region i'm interested in red box in the image SessionBar.JPG attached). and disable the other components in the session bar like "Sign Up", "Guest login" and "For assistance, call 1-855-MYESIGN (693-7446) ext 2". ? If so kindly let me know how to achieve this. Question 2: Is there a way to resize the Logo size, using the Esignlive SDK (or should i directly change the resolution and size of the logo file which I use). (Reference:- It is the logo(named "Your Company logo") available in the attached File AfterCustomization.JPG in the attached file) Thank you very much in advance. Best Regards, Logan

Hey Logan, I was correct on the session bar. It is all or nothing. As for the image, the expansion is apparently only within the sender view, not the signing ceremony. Whatever size of image you upload for the signing ceremony should hold true. So, you should resize the image yourself before uploading it to the OSS system. Hope this helps! Regards,

Hey Logan, For question 1, I don't know that you can separate the components of the session bar. It's either on or off, I think. For question 2, I believe that the image may expand to fit the area. You can try the resolution/size thing you mentioned, but it may take placing the smaller logo in a transparent background image of the proper size to get the look you're going for. I will double check both of these with support (they are the experts on the admin settings of the accounts ) in the morning. :)
