Hi Is there a callback event when a signer views the document to tbe signed, but does not take any further action after viewing. The signer simply closes the browser Is there a webpage that describes all the callback events. What is the "transaction Activated" event Regards Mario

Hi Mario, The transaction activated event is when the package is sent to the signers (triggered when package status changed from DRAFT to SENT). You could have them redirected if the session expires. But if the signer closes the window, then there is no way to know.

Hi Mario, You can grab that information from the audit trail.
