Laserfiche Workflow- OneSpan Signing Order is being ignored
Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 10:47amI have a Laserfiche Workflow sending a document for signature to 4 persons. Workflow is configured to use the layout “XXSignaturePage” based on the template by the same name.
The template is configured to use a signing order.
Laserfiche Workflow is sending the document string as: EntryId:7586972 ,LayoutName:XXSignaturePage
Workflow is sending the signer string as: FirstName:BXX,LastName:BXX,Email:[email protected],Company:MXX,Title:SE,SignerId:VendorSign;FirstName:MXX ,LastName:MXX,Email:[email protected],SignerId:CASign;FirstName:MXX,LastName:HXX,Email:[email protected],SignerId:CRSign;FirstName:AXX,LastName:RXX,Email:[email protected],SignerId:CSSign
All 4 signers received the email at the same time and it appears to be ignoring the Signing Order
Do I need to include an index in the signer string?

user is [email protected] and the template names are "NRHSignaturePageWithPurchasing" and "NRHSignaturePage"

After some investigation, I found that it seems to be a common issue for transactions created from templates that you'd manually specify the signing order in the signer string, like below:
FirstName:BXX,LastName:BXX,Email:[email protected],Company:MXX,Title:SE,SignerId:VendorSign,SignerOrder:1;FirstName:MXX,LastName:MXX,Email:[email protected],SignerId:CASign,SignerOrder:3;FirstName:MXX,LastName:HXX,Email:[email protected],SignerId:CRSign,SignerOrder:2;FirstName:AXX,LastName:RXX,Email:[email protected],SignerId:CSSign,SignerOrder:4
