Please help us to resolve the below error message .

Our finding below :-

 

Our QA team has analyzed the issue, and our findings indicate that the error is being generated by OneSpan. In our in-depth investigation, we discovered that a new release from OneSpan is the root cause of the problem. We have also observed the same error message in the OneSpan community forum and believe that we need to seek support from OneSpan to resolve it. The error message we received is as follows:

Do you already have a support ticket ([email protected]) for this issue? Your screenshot seems broken (you can add it as an attachment), and regardless of that, can you fetch the outbound JSON along with the clone call for support team to reproduce the issue?
