Signature Option "Capture" with "Upload Image" option when sending from Laserfiche Workflow

0 votes

I am attempting to send a contract with the signature block set to capture from Laserfiche Workflow.

In the document I have placed the text tag:

{{esl:VendorSign:Capture:size(400,30)}}

This is the screenshot when the vendor signs:

See image A

I have set the option in the feature settings to allow for image upload which works if I start a transaction from the OneSpan website.

See Image B

Can I modify the text tag to allow for signature from file upload when starting from Laserfiche Workflow?  If this is not the method to use for file upload signature please let me know the correct method.

Hi Bryant,

Thanks for your post!

Unfortunately, I don't think OSS has supported fromFile flag in text tags. A quick workaround is to use document layouts to place signatures instead of text tags:
Laserfiche Documents String: EntryId:7,LayoutName:Layout 1;EntryId:8,LayoutName:Layout 2;EntryId:10

I successfully sent a transaction with a layout for the signature and signers name. How do I format the Signers String to include Signer Company and Signers Title?

This is what I tried FirstName:Bxxxxxx,LastName:Byyyyy,Email:[email protected],SignerId:VendorSign,SignerCompany:Mxxxx,SignerTitle:Exxxxx

Can I have both a layout and text tags in the same document?

Hi Bryant,

For your questions:
(1)A signer string with company title and personal message could look like this:
FirstName:John,LastName:Smith,Email:[email protected],SignerId:Signer1,Company:ABC Bank,Title:CEO,PersonalMessageToRecipient:Please sign ASAP!

(2)Yes, you can use text tags and layout in the same time.
