In the admin page/integrator tab, we used to be able to see the API-Key. It no longer shows up (we are in sandbox). Wondering as to why we arent able to see the API key anymore.

Can you send the email that you used to log onto web portal as well as the environment (sandbox.esignlive.com vs sandbox.e-signlive.com) to our support team ([email protected]), which might be easier for our support agents to verify why you can't see the API Key section.
In general, whether you can see the API Key is determined by an account level feature setting "Allow Integration", and this setting normally won't be modified. Contact our support team and they will assist you adjust your account.
