Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at 04:31amHi Michael, can you advise what your other clients are doing when signing on tablets with a stylus? It seems like overriding the User Agent will have unwanted side effects on other aspects of our application that use the standard User Agent for responsive rendering. In addition, it will skew our device usage analytics.

Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at 08:57amWe are finding that you can't click buttons using Apple Pencil on an iPad Pro and the iFrame is not sizing correctly. bradystjohn (above) and I are working on the same issue.

Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at 10:16amThe Pencil ONLY works with iPad Pro. Signing works just fine -- it just won't click the OK buttons. So the person signing has to click a few times with the Pencil before giving up and using their finger to click OK. The iPad Pro with a Pencil is a very popular solution for our higher-end customers as it provides a really elegant signing solution.

Currently the mobile UI (see attached) is only available on phones. Tablets present the desktop view of eSignLive. Is it possible to have the mobile view extended to tablets?
