Hi, by forcing the user-agent, do you mean changing the user-agent in the browser by using something like User Agent Switcher? Or do you mean programmatically forcing the user agent? If you mean programmatically forcing the user-agent, do you have an example? Thanks!

I believe we're using 10. We use sandbox.esignlive.com/apps.esignlive.com. It simply does not work with the pencil. Fingers work just fine. I've attached an image of our application where we have eSignLive in an iFrame. These screenshots were taken on iPad Pro. As you can see, the desktop view is presented even though we're on a tablet. As such, the width of the document displayed in the iFrame is off center. Improper display within iFrames is just a symptom of a problem with signing on tablets. The same errors occur when testing in the eSignLive sandbox. The problem is that using eSignLive on a tablet has a number of drawbacks. An ideal solution for us would be to extend the mobile site to include tablets (at least optionally).

Yes, it is dummy data :) It's called the Apple Pencil. I don't think it comes with any of the iPads. Unfortunately, the same issues exist even when testing without an iFrame (on sandbox.e-signlive.com).
