Download documents during signing experience

Guys, We've noticed that when we have a notarized package, the users are not able to download the documents until after they sign and confirm the document. When there is not a notary associated to a package, the user can download the documents at any point during the transaction. Is this intended?

Hi Ryan, Did you mean the preview Signing Ceremony recipients will receive remotely before going to notary? If I removed the default-consent or make the document Accept-only and I can see the download button now, so I believe it's the "have to accept consent before displaying download button" logic affects the UI. Since you are doing notary signing, default-consent and accept-only document shouldn't have too many differences. So I would suggest it to work the matter around. Hope this could help! Duo

Duo, What I've noticed is that when you are a doing a package with a notary associated on it, you do not get the option of downloading a document until after you sign. When you have a package that doesn't have a notary, you are able to download a non signed version of that document. Does that make sense?

Hi Ryan, I think what I described above still applicable to the in-person notary signing ceremony, see the picture below: If I changed default-consent to accept-only document, as a recipient, I can see the download button before starting to sign. Duo
