Failed to retrieve Session

Receiving this error as we just switched our app over from sandbox to production. Here was the Sandbox URL we were htting before: https://sandbox.e-signlive.com/api Here is the URL we are hitting now: https://apps.e-signlive.com/api I also updated the API key, but I cannot find where to verify that on the new dashboard. I will not list the key here as it's obviously secret, but happy to send that to support in an email. Thanks!

Hey Trevor, Is the entire error just that it failed to retrieve the session? OR does it also say "Unauthorized"? If it was the API Key, it would likely say this. Let me know!

Okay. Definitely an authorization issue. For your move to production, you're sure you're on apps.e-signlive.com? Is this the instance you log into the UI through? Or do they have you on apps.esignlive.com, without the hyphen? That would do it. So would having the wrong API Key. You might double check with support that you have the correct Key, if it's not the instance thing. Those would be my first two things to check if it's working in Sandbox and not in Production. Let me know.
